Luxury city club

The Guardian is a luxury city club designed for traveling business professionals in Santiago, Chile. This facility is located on the 53rd floor of the Titanium La Portada, a skyscraper in the heart of the city. The program of this facility centers around providing comfortable spaces for the user to relax or conduct business. Finally, the design intent is to honor and represent the culture of the current day Chilean people as well as the indigenous Mapuche people of this region through the sourcing of natural resources, architectural features, and branding elements.

The lobby design seeks to immediately immerse users into their environment through a custom feature wall. This focal design element aims to represent the surrounding environment through local materials and organic motifs.

Bar & Lounge

The bar & lounge space allows for a relaxed sociable dining environment with a variety of seating options to accommodate various user needs.

Additionally, this space connects to a patio area where individuals may enjoy their evening overlooking the Chilean terrain.

Mountain motif carried throughout the facility in subtle variations using native copper and wood materials.

Members’ accomodations

Members’ suites and apartments will be available for overnight guests, providing them with a private space to relax or host colleagues. Both of these rooming accommodation types will provide guests with a kitchen, lounge/entertainment area, workspace, and a queen-sized bed overlooking Santiago.
